I think Fiverr sellers should be able to have their own FAQ page. I get a lot of messages from prospective buyers who all ask the same/similar questions, and, when I have no more room to fit this into my gig description, I think it’d be really beneficial to have an FAQ link next to the ‘message this buyer’ option. Just a thought!
Reply to @madmoo: Ah, an FAQ document! Not a bad idea The problem I see with that, however, is that it’d be a very copy-pasted response. I see how angry people get when Fiverr CS copy-paste responses to their queries and I feel a lot of buyers would be turned off by such a blank, mechanic response.

Reply to @kjblynx: How do you mean? I meant exactly specific to the seller. For example, I get “do you draw logos?” a lot, and my answer is always the same. That’s why I thought a specific FAQ page for each seller would be useful - not general questions that could be answered on the forum
