Sure, the new FAQ feature answers a lot of typical Buyer questions, but what about the questions they should be asking?
For instance, many of my Buyers assume a testimonial video is the same as a spokesperson video; trust me, they are not! This lack of understanding has lead to revisions (and loss of profitability for me) that could have been avoided.
When writing your FAQ’s be sure to cover any misconceptions common to your category and not just your specific gig. It’s a trickle-down effect that will help minimize problems with your orders while improving the overall consumer experience which will ensure Fiverr’s (and your) longetivity.
