Feedback and Rating Responsibility of Buyers towards Sellers on Successful Orders

Hi Fiverr User!



I would like to take your opinion on the subject of this discussions.



This could be the best suggestion for improvement of FIVERR Feedback and Rating System in order to add more revenue in the stream and success of FIVERR, as well as, of every individual seller.



As we all know that every buyers Enjoying Highly Cost Effective Services on Fiverr, Hence, they should also contribute for progress of Fiverr and of the sellers from whom they have got their job done successfully, while, the best tool of contribution for them is to post Feedback and Rating in order to keep Fiverr community growing.



JOBS DONE SUCCESSFULLY BUT NO FEEDBACK FROM BUYERS:

It is not uncommon that most of the buyers don’t post feedback & rating, despite, the job is completed as per their requirement and they are happy with it and order delivery has completed, as well as, the payment has been cleared successfully after 14 days of job completion.



REASONS; WHY NO FEEDBACK FROM BUYERS ON SUCCESSFUL JOBS DONE:

  1. Reason is obvious, as the buyer is not bound for posting the Feedback and Rating, it is totally on their discretion.
  2. Sometime, buyer want to play little more tricky to get some extra job done
  3. Buyer Feedback and Rating given by other sellers are not show to sellers



    CONSEQUENCES OF NO FEEDBACK ON SUCCESSFUL ORDERS:

    As fiverr policies are very clear and strict against Feedback & Rating, hence, when there is no feedback on order, despite you have done the job successfully. Then, even a single negative feedback or cancellation of order harms the seller profile and rating very badly.



    For example: A seller completed 30 jobs, but total 10 Buyers out of 30 posted feedback &

    rating. hence, in this case, if seller gets only 01 single negative feedback, his/her rating will reduce down to 90%. while there are 20 more Successful jobs on his account on which the feedback is pending.

    SUGGESTED IMPORVEMENT IN FEEDBACK & RATING SYSTEM:

    Therefore, I think, for such kind of buyers, there should be some system in order to prompt them for submitting feedback & rating and they must be bound to post feedback within specified time period, as it should be absolute liability to the buyers when job is done as per their requirement and they are happy.



    • Buyer is going to place a new order, but he has a job done from any seller on which he did’t post any Feedback and Rating, then, he should be prompted to give feedback and rating to previous job done first.



    • Buyer Feedback & Rating given by other sellers & Statistics should be shown with seller.



    • After Completion of Job, Buyer should be liable to post review within 14 days which is clearance period of Payment. In case, they don’t post review with in above time, the system should consider it as happy customer and give Positive Rating based on average calculation of seller rating at least.

    WHAT IS YOUR OBSERVATION AND OPINION?

    These Suggestion will be helpful to grow Fiverr community or not?

Please must share your observation and opinion, it will be highly beneficial for good sellers who are striving hard to deliver Best Work.

Here is some suggestion from me.

Fiverr would have to introduce automatic feedback and rating system in case buyer don’t leave his feedback or review. Like after delivery there is 3 days for buyer to accept the order and if he fail to accept in these 3 days order marked as completed automatically. On same pattern fiverr can introduce ratting system if buyer don’t leave the feedback there should be time for that and after that it should be consider as order successful and it should be count in rating as positive.
