Feedback Issues!

Hi there,

You all know that fiverr has changed the feedback system. In the new system you can’t send the cancel offer directly to the buyer after complete your order. So generally if the buyer provide a seller bad rating we offer him to mutual cancellation so that the feedback removed! But now it’s not possible to do. Support team can cancel the order but the feedback will keep remain.

Do you think after cancel the order the feedback that given from buyer should be also removed??

Do you think it would be better for us if fiverr open the feedback option activate for the buyer’s up to 3 days or less instead of 30 days after auto complete the order when it causes because of the buyer’s late response???
