Feedback on canceled order

Hello All,
I am facing trouble at Fiverr. and I need your help.

The order was canceled by Fiverr Support and my rank was hit. After a week, today I have received a message that Buyer has left feedback (But on order age the date of feedback is 10 days ago and it is negative feedback) and my ranking hit once again. That’s not fair. Why Fiverr is declining my ranking two times for a cancel order?

How to fix it?

That is frustrating. But the only way you can fix it is to keep completing orders and getting good reviews.
