Hello Sellers,

I am planning to close my account because of no order from 1 month.

One buyer mistakenly places the order and left the 3* rating 🤐 and my overall rating got down to 4.7 from 4.9.

After reaching to level 1 the overall experience has been changed for me on Fiverr.

You had 2 5 star reviews after the 3.7 one. Unfortunately, you also had lower reviews in the past (1 star, 2.3, another 3.7, another 2.3, another 2.3, few more bad ones…), all complaining about poor quality of service or poor communication. Perhaps you could rethink your business strategy and try to offer better quality to your clients?
