Fell Trouble make complete to Gig

I am in a trouble to upload pic for my gig.last three days ago I remove two pic from my gig .next time i am unable to add new pic .This why my gig was incomplete for three days. i used to contact customer support but no response from them at all.i think in gig i cannot have any sell in future. i need to update my gig for some sell.Is there any solution overcome this problem.my gig link https://www.fiverr.com/khademulfaiez/create-unique-and-creative-email-template-design

Keep patience. Fiverr support will reply! These days they take good amount of time to reply as they receive lot of tickets because of bugs or some other issues.
