Welcome to the Fiverr forums.

You only have 2 minutes of read-time shown in your forum profile. Check out the Tips For Sellers category (Fiverr Tips - Fiverr Community Forum). You’ll find hundreds of threads offering advice on a variety of things to consider and/or improve. (Note: Not all advice can apply to all gigs or categories. Be sure you check multiple sources as there are some false tips, even among the top threads.)

It takes a lot of work to make it as a freelancer, so be sure to research and plan accordingly.

Tip #1 Be patient like you’ve never been patient in your life!

Tip #2 Don’t promote your gigs only, promote yourself as a brand too!

Don’t just sit and wait for someone to notice and eventually buy your gigs. You also have to bid on projects and submit proposals, as well. I’m talking about a combination of passive and proactive job-searching approach. Try both and see which one works for you better.

The list of tips can go on and on, but start with these two. Hopefully, one day as a successfu…
