Well your account razeem18 is active and has gigs on it, so I can only assume you’re talking about a second account.

ToS says one person, one account. if you’ve spent money on an order and you’re not going to get it as your account’s been cancelled, you’ll need to speak to CS.

Or… are you talking about somebody who’s bought from you, and their account’s been locked and the order cancelled?

Either way, only CS can help you I think. ☀️

YES, One person can have only a one Fiverr account. Any account created other than that will be disabled and mass account creation will be lead to disable all the accounts permanently.
