Finishing the order that is 60+ days late

So, this is a weird one. My friend commissioned me some time ago to kind of bully me. I was working on a side project at the time and his order got very late. 63 days late as for now.
In these 63 days I’ve been working on fiverr as usual, delivering all orders on time and being active.
My question is, does the amount of days you’ve missed due the delivery affects the precentage fiverr will take from my “delivered on time” stats?
The second question is, is it better for us to cancel the order or to deliver it so late in order to save my seller level?
Edit : My friend is totally fine with everything. It was a joke order in a first place, things just got busy in the process.

If it was a joke order from a friend, ideally he should contact cs himself explaining the situation and asking for a cancelation. If he does it correctly, you could possibly cancel without affecting your cancel rate.
