First order completed but doesn’t show anywhere

I am brand new to this. I completed my first order this morning but it is not showing up in my sales. Is there something more I need to do or is it up to the buyer? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello,

Once an order is delivered it is down to the buyer to approve the delivery and provide you feedback.

The order is marked as complete until the buyer approves the delivery.

The feedback/review side of things is optional and the buyer is not forced to provide any.

The order will automatically be accepted by the system after 2-3 days if the buyer doesn’t.
