First-Time Contact with CS

Hello everyone,

I contact with CS to cancel a order…CS takes upto 10 days to respond…
And Order time is almost over।
What should I do now?

Should I cancel the order from the resolution center? because my on-time delivery rate also will be decreased.
Or just waiting for CS response

You might ask the buyer for an extension while you all wait for CS. I wouldn’t risk it through the resolution center depending on how much time was left (if I still had more than 24 hours, I’d hold out more).
