Fiverr Account Ban Conundrum

Hello Guys,

I was recently got my FIVERR account banned because i was tasked on violating the TOS. The email says i broke such thrice but was 2 incidents that were questionable instead.

How can i contact them in order to explain and see the issue through?
Possibly get my funds out as well.

Hi. If you can´t log into your account anymore to use the ticket system, you can try contacting support at support@fiverr.com. They might only tell you to contact them in 90 days, though, as stated in the terms. Good luck.

Sellers will be able to withdraw their revenues from disabled accounts after a safety period of 90 days following full verification of ownership of the account in question, from the day of the last cleared payment received in their account and subject to Fiverr’s approval.
