Fiverr account Restricted

Hi Everyone
I am a new seller on fiverr and completed 9 order secessfull but my account restricted due to these reason
1:I telling my offers to buyer but buyers flagged my account
2: Upload video on gig which I already sent to client in order
3:Send sorry messages to buyer and tell some my services
I have recieve 3 warning on account therefore my account is restricted please tell me how long review wil take

Don’t tell budget with your buyer. You clear your budget on your gig packages. After good communication and more order you only request your buyer to increase your budget.
