Fiverr account restrictions

My seller account has been restricted for the last one month, All of my gigs are dispute Even my profile cannot be seen online or disappeared. will It possible to be fixed or how long will it take to recover? I’m very worried about that.

What was the reason Fiverr gave you for restricting your gigs?

One of my clients gave me a 5 star review but it was not posted So I contacted Customer Care But they thought I wanted a review from my client And 1st they drop my level also restricts my account for violations :cry:

If they made mistake just explain and all will be fine, but your Logo GIGs will all be lost.

If everything what you said is correct then it is all misunderstanding.

Your seller left feedback (doesn’t matter what kind 1 or 5*) but it is not visible on your account.

You should not have mentioned the rating of the review. You should just say that buyer left review but it is not visible, can they check. Now you have to fix the issue of misunderstanding.

Unless they found more TOS breaches.

I don’t know what they will find or not. :disappointed: I just want to know from them if my account will be ok Or how long it will take to recover? But I am not getting any proper response from them!! :disappointed:

It will take time, just do not open more then one ticket.
