I’m having difficulties with Fiverr app and website. This is my first time, but I’m certain this is a technical issue. I was trying to accept an offer from a seller 13 hours ago, and have had problems with the app saying I’m not connected, when I am connected, and I had a problem with payment and had to cancel after the order had gone through.
The seller has been great to work with, but the Fiverr technical problems caused me to cancel the first order is affecting his rating now- and that’s not right, it was a technical issue with Fiverr and not the seller. Is there any way this can be removed from his record? I would like to work with him, and so far he has been great to work with, it would be a shame for a Fiverr issue to affect him.
Can this be fixed?
