Fiverr app doesn't let me to log in my new mobile

Hi,

I have bought a new mobile and tried to log in to the Fiverr app. Every time I try to sign in with my existing email the app says it has already been registered, use another email.

So I uninstall the Fiverr app from the old phone and reset (factory reset) it. But still, I can not log in with my new one.

Please any solution.
