Fiverr Automation

If I sell digital products on Fiverr, is there a way to automate it so that when someone buys something, the products are automatically sent to the via email? Also, I’m new to all this and I’m kind of confused about the section when you request something from the buyer, which is mandatory. If I’m basically sending them a digital product that they have purchased, do I then need to request an email address, or can I send my product through the Fiverr system somehow.

Everything’s got to be done through Fiverr messaging, so don’t even think about email or email addresses! 🙂

You can put a mandatory requirement in your gig - it could just be a tick box - do you want me to send you your ebook - choices yes and yes!
