Fiverr Bugs and Glitches

Since using Fiverr I’ve encountered numerous bugs and glitches which have made parts of the site unusable, banned me from my account and made it impossible to upload files.
Recently, I attempted to verify my ID but the website was completely broken at first, and I was only able to rectify the problem after a long talk with CS. But now I have been temporarily banned because the webpage refused to accept a selfie I took, even though it looks literally identical to the picture on my Driver’s Licence.
I find it pretty hard to believe that even the stupidest AI could fail to see that I’m the same person.
I was wondering if anyone else had similar problems or if I’m just extremely unlucky?
