Fiverr Business payments not working

So frustrated - has anyone had issue with Fiverr Business team orders? This has been going on for weeks - I’m trying to pay and process multiple orders and get nothing but this message:

Fiverr support, which I have contacted multiple times, says “It appears that we are currently experiencing an issues with the payment feature. Our technical team is currently working on a prompt solution. Please have your team member try to place their order again within the next hour.”

I have called my bank and they have said there are no issues so this is an issue with Fiverr’s ability to process payments. I have found chat support to be of no use and they only want to end the chat as soon as possible.

This has been WEEKS of this with no solution.
