Fiverr canceled the order on buyer's request

I complete the order as per the buyer’s requirement on time. After delivery of work he requested modifications in work and I modified the work accordingly. But he opened the dispute upon receiving the complete updated work of $140. I decline his request and then fiverr support canceled the order and he got his refund. What should I do I’m new on fiverr and this is total scam. He got his work for free and I didn’t get paid.
