I had an order with an abusive client. I then reported him to CS, and then I checked the next morning, and my request with my client was cancelled. This sounds like BS, because the struggle I put with that client. Any help would be nice.
I’m surprised you still wanted to work with them if they were being abusive.
Can’t do anything about the canceled order now, but if you end up in a situation where you want to keep working, even with a bad client, just reported them after you deliver the completed order. (This risks dealing with a customer who refuses to accept the order, however, and you may end up loosing the order anyway.)
