I had some trouble from few days ago. i opened few tickets days ago but they mark it as solved the problem without even respond. i sent few messages to replay me but they don’t care. why is this happening ? i want to reset security question. this is very important to me

Hello, I can’t speak for customer support, only they know the reason.

But they probably do not answer when someone wants to reset the security question, if that means you forgot the answer to the security question and want them to help you with that.
