I contacted Fiverr customer support twice before two weeks they still didn’t respond me.
Please be patient. CS will respond if the situation requires a response.
I believe you have to be a little bit patient.
You know Fiverr is a large community, and there may be other problems that haven’t been attended to before you get yours.
I believe eventually, they’ll get in touch.
Hope the issue isn’t very pressing though?
