I have submitted a complaint 10 days ago, but Fiverr Customer support does not reply. What can I do now?
I have a theory that the queue gets so long that the software can’t cope. Check your ticket is still open and that it has ben asigned to an agent.
If it is marked solved, open it again with a reply.
If it’s still open, whether assigned or not to a CS agent, send them an email at email@example.com - put the ticket number in the subject line and ask them to attend to it.
