Fiverr Customer Support No Response

I used to withdraw the fiverr revenue with Payoneer, but now the Fiverr Revenue Card button is not clickable.



I submitted a request to fiverr 3 days ago and there’s no response till now. What should I do? They don’t have live chat or other contact info.

Don’t worry, they will get to you soon. :slight_smile: I submitted a ticket last week and they replied after 4 days, but eventually they resolved my issue.

It says my PayPal withdraw failed, but it didn’t. Not I can’t withdraw any money! GRRR

I’m getting the same message for trying to withdraw from Paypal, shows it failed, and that they put the money back, but the button is greyed out and there is no way to process any withdrawals :frowning: I’ve processed a ticket with support, as well.

I’m really bummed. I need to make a withdraw this weekend. I have bills to pay. :frowning:

They’ve replied to my questions in the past, but this one still hasn’t been addressed. I still can’t withdraw money either.

I’m also waiting for response but for a bug report unrelated to payments. I now understand why they are taking so long, and it’s because of this paypal issue that they are probably being flooded with tickets.

I’m sure that Fiverr Customer Support will be able to check and resolve your issue.



As it’s already been delayed for you, please let me know once you submit your online application for the Fiverr Revenue Card and I will have the review process expedited.

Can you change the status? I want to withdraw money to payoneer as quickly as possible.
