Fiverr Customer Support not answer me and canceled my orders without reasons

When I’m following the rules of Fiverr and buyers do not want to accept my design, Fiverr cancel the order. Have you had this problem?



I am requesting a refund or a claim form, but Fiverr is unresponsive to these complaints. Do you feel like me?



I think this is a cyber fraud. What do you think about this?
