Fiverr declined credit card but took the transaction went on!

i tried to order a gig from Fiverr, when i added my credit card it said it was declined and it didn’t take me to the requirements page… but it did the transaction and it took the money from my account! what do i do?

write to fiverr support, they are the one’s can help you.

Exactly same happened with me today this morning pls guide what to do. It deducted 3 times payment from my account while it showed card decline error.

The money will probably come back to you in a few days, if not contact your bank.
