Fiverr didn't pay me for referral program

I am a graphic design trainer. I am inviting my student to Fiverr and they join Fiverr following my referral link. Most of them earn but Fiverr didn’t pay me a single penny for this. Two of my student earn $100+ plus but I got nothing.

What’s wrong…? I can provide all the proof.
