Fiverr disable my withdrawal balance

Yes. I have ask customer support. What is the problem. He say. You have to find it by your self. I ask who client have problem with me. But fiverr didnt answer.

Does it fair 3years my career ended by buyer order $20 ?

Than my balance $1500 can not withdrawn

Feeling sorry for you. Really you are in a great trouble. But It is true that you have violated the fiverr rules by opening two accounts. right?

no, that is beause one client not statify with my product , he complain on fiverr. so fiverr disable my withdrawal.

when i ask who is it, (for solving problem) fiverr did’t ask who is he.

fiverr ask me to find it by my self

Withdrawal disabled And fiverr customer support not answering for 3 days

My account is disabled to withdraw and so I contacted Fiverr support. They said that my paypal account was associated with more than one account so I checked and got to know that my old account which i dont use anymore has the same paypal account...

In these case, you have to manage that buyer, you can refund the buyer.

This is how things work here.

You need to keep account of your satisfied or less satisfied buyers

Try to contact your buyers who were less satisfied and try to ask if anyone complained to Fiverr support about it.

Once you resolve this your withdrawals will be opned

Delete that new account right now and stay low for a while. Read the Fiverr ToS for heaven’s sake.

ok i will try it. but main problem is not make 2 account.

i just make new account when i get trouble for these disable withdrawall button

This is how things work here.

You need to keep account of your satisfied or less satisfied buyers

Try to contact your buyers who were less satisfied and try to ask if anyone complained to Fiverr support about it.

Once you resolve this your withdrawals will be opned

Try to find by contacting few buyers you think may have complained to fiverr. If they do not reply ask support that the buyer is not replying and you cannot resolve the situation unless they answer. Or you can provide possible options to support who might have complained.

You may get a hint

  1. Delete the 2nd account
  2. Request the moderators to delete this thread
  3. Stay low, stop talking.
  4. Do your work the same as before, stop complaining
  5. Pray that you don’t get banned.
  6. Most Important - Read Fiverr ToS.

OP learn how to play by the rules, like the rest of us. Exemptions are not granted!

I still get amazed when I see all the threads like this.

OP your profile picture is all over the internet; I mean the one of the second account.

Yeah, I didn’t realize that. I thought the OP was just ignorant about the ToS, and had no idea what he was doing. Have nothing to gain by aiding or abetting him, never heard of him or had anything to do with him.
