Fiverr does not showing me, Buyer Request

Suddenly someone place an order and cancel it after 5 minutes. without my permission & any conversation, Therefore Fiverr does not showing me, Buyer Request. I did not get a single buyer request yet. kindly solve my problem and tell me reason. Thanks

This has nothing to do with Buyer Request visibility. Buyer Request isn’t a reliable source for orders as postings aren’t consistent nor on a time table. If nothing is viewable in the Buyer Request section, it usually means that no requests have been posted.
