Fiverr Doesn't Answer Affiliates

Hello all,

Recently I got automatically (I didn’t request it) paid $135 for affiliate commission. The strange thing is that this balance never got to my PayPal account.

I sent an email to affiliates@fiverr.com complaining about where was the money sent to, and never got an answer, it has been a week like this.

From a Company that punishes your ranking based on how quick you answer to your customers, this is just absurd.

I want some Fiverr employee to read this and reach out to whoever is in charge or affiliates, so they can answer my request and solve this issue.
