Fiverr dropped my response rate even when it automatically marked an inquiry as spam

Fiverr marked one inquiry in my inbox as spam on it’s own and didn’t even notify me (on mobile) but my response rate still dropped because of it. What even? Fiverr needs to do something about this because if I lose my level one status because of that, I will be mad.

Contact Customer Support about it.


I just did that, hopefully they rectify it soon.
