What if I fail any exam of Fiverr? Will it appear on my profile page to see for the buyers if I fail or get fewer marks?

No it will not appear. If you succeed in a few degrees, you can hide it from your profile

If I’m not mistaken it should say right before you actually begin the test, that you can take it 2 times in 3 months. Once you have submitted a test, you have to wait 24 hours before retaking it.
At least, the tests I took had these rules, but I think it’s the same for all of them.
