Fiverr files transfer issue

It is second order from buyer about website migration.And as per my gig am responsible to send backup that is in zip form and can’t send as separate and can’t upload through fiverr should i ask buyer to send his email to send backup because it is too large and can’t upload through fiverr.Will be this against fiverr rules?Moreover i have already send him this backup in previous order and should i do this again as this is my second order?
