Fiverr gig approval

Hello! I’m new to Fiverr and recently published my first gig but after some time, Fiverr shows me that the quality of the image is low. Then I have changed my gig image. But now it shows ‘Your gig is pending’. When I get back my gig? Is there will be any problem or It will affect my gig rank?
