Fiverr gig banned for no reason?

After 2 successful orders on my fiver gig which I created last week, I got a message from a potential buyer saying if he could pay me directly and I explained I could not do this as Fiverr would ban me. This ended up getting flagged and I got a message saying the message would be viewed and now I have been alerted that my gig is now banned.
