Abused as usual by desperate sellers, so Fiverr removed that from the algorithm.

Buyers bookmark gigs when they’re looking for a specific service - the favourite mark helps them find gigs again easily. They may bookmark several in this way, but it has no effect on seller’s rank. At all.
