hotwebideas
To all sellers: If you follow this little tip, your gigs will get more potential buyers. Have shorter gig titles! That’s it.I find that my gigs with shorter titles get me more sales and questions from buyers.Example: I changed the title of my blog network gig and got more bloggers interested.I don’t promise more sales with this secret, just more views. More views lead to guess what?BruceAdmin Note: Just for those who respond, after having to delete multiple responses it is necessary to note that if you put a link to your gig or profile in your response, it will be removed. If need be, the thread will be closed. The place for links is My Fiverr Gigs, not at the top of this category or in response to this thread. musiclover
Hmm…I’ll try it, but maybe on the gigs that aren’t selling right now. I don’t want to change my money-makers. 🙂
likesfacebo_ok
Maybe I should try it too and see how it’s work. Thanks for the idea
s041185
Great tip, I’m gonna have to try it. It seems it’s a competition on fiverr to see who can say the most on the gig title =)
wolfstarpicture
I agree with you BruceBut I actually prefer gigs with longer titles, especially when I search for keywordsThe more information in the gig title the more i know if it’s for me or not. musiclover
Reply to @wolfstarpicture: I’m like that too. Most of my gig titles are well descriptive. It seems like more competition with shorter sentences. My wordpress gig has been active for 12 months, and still have no sales, and it only has 6 words in the title. If 10 gigs in the search results, have short, yet similar titles, then how do you stand out. I’m willing to give it a test run though.
likesfacebo_ok
I have cut my title to see how it,s going.Yeah, longer title is better in buyer’s eyes to make sure we get the correct gig. However, if it’ll work, I’ll keep it short lol
simsalabim
its all about the keywords if i have a short description link i have not enough space o put in all they keywords

alexgreene
I don’t know, I feel like my titles need to be a bit longer to explain to a buyer why they should click on my title instead of any of the other ones on the same page.
