Fiverr giving more time to buyer for cancellation of order

I opened a dispute for order cancellation, it should automatically get cancelled after 2 days but fiverr is giving more time to buyer. First it showed ‘order will automatically get cancelled in 5 minutes’, now its showing ‘order will automatically get cancelled in 23 minutes’. Buyer is unresponsive, will the order get cancelled somehow or is fiverr going to give unlimited time for buyer to cancel mutually?
