Fiverr glitches and low customer support

This is really terrible. One of my buyers are mad at me because they have submitted their requirements but it’s empty in my fiverr timeline. This is so upsetting, I tried to contact the customer service but no one responded and my due date is soon thats why I even have to rush all the works?

And now, just ordered a gig as a buyer. But when I tried ordering again, it won’t read my credit card. I have a lot of funds on my credit card and I have paid for the first one, why fiverr can’t read my credit card for my second time for me to buy the same gig? What does that suppose to mean? I’ve all entered all the correct info and even loaded a lot of funds to my credit card. god
