Fiverr hire

I am currently in Nigeria and realised a lot of Nigerians are on fiverr,personally I’ll love to work with fiverr,am a php developer but not based in tel aviv,why is it that fiverr don’t employ remote worker?I will appreciate a prompt and favourable reply.Thanks,Miss Ivora
