Fiverr is not allowing me to withdraw? No customer complaints

I have received no customer complaints and I am trying to withdraw £150 or so that has been pending until today and they have said there has been a restriction put on my account. Then when I have tried to cash out again it now says there is not enough gains in my account. I can clearly see there is money available and money lending
