Change your broadband connection to MTS 9 mbps connection with 40 gb of bandwidth (if applicable). On average, it gives 3mbps download speed and 1 mbps upload speed at any time of the day. It is usually better at night. However, the network may vary between regions. Do your due diligence before finalizing any service.
