Fiverr message and chat is not working from last 30minutes

From.last 30 minute I’m trying to send message or chat with my clients but it is not working after every message i do refresh my message gone like it was never written

I’m noticing this too… thank god I’m not the only one. Does it only happen to sellers, or are buyers experiencing this too?

Not sure about the buyers, as i can see from the chat history, that i sent a message on 7:45 and that guy replied me on 7:48 but it updated now in the chat. So not sure if buyers are facing the same issue or not

Yes there is some issue and we have faced these type of issues before as well so wait for sometime and it will get fixed soon.

There is a delay of about 25 minutes, for the chat to be shown. My 7:55 message just popped at 8:20
