Thank you for providing those screenshots. I can confirm that milestone price is a known display issue that we are currently working to correct, but I assure that you will be receiving the corresponding funds.
In regards to your most recent question, the clearance period on the funds starts once the milestone is marked as completed. This can happen when:
The Buyer accepts the milestone.
When the active milestone is delivered and 8 days have passed with no revisions requested.
When the Buyer or the system stops a milestone.
Once it is marked as completed, the 14 day clearance period will start, and the funds cleared will be those from the completed milestones.
