Fiverr MUST add this to their TOS to better protect their seller, not just buyers!

“Buyer’s negative feedback that were made/place just to shame, disgrace or blackmail the seller is not valid” - and must manually reviewed by staff.



Out of 1100+ orders, I have received my first negative rating as I refuse to do pornography image work. I have finished 6 orders from the buyer and all were positive ratings, then I refuse his 7th order because I don’t want to work on pornography images anymore, and he came back to the 6th order and he wrote negative review and he blackmail me.



I contact support, and they simply reply “nothing about their feedback is abusive or against our Terms of Service we can’t remove it”.
