Fiverr needs to fix LATE status when a buyer cancels

Fiverr, this has to be fixed. I have a buyer who ordered my gig 5 months ago in May 2013 and never answered my questions. Then, she cancelled today and it came up as LATE 5 months later. I do not want this LATE status on my seller record since the buyer just responded. I should not be penalized for that.



Please see my screenshot. this is clearly a bug. The order was never finalized by the buyer and then all of a sudden, I get penalized with a cancellation and a LATE status.



Please fix this bug.

Thanks, Katie. I should send it to CS. I actually talked the buyer into purchasing one of my other 18 gigs, but either way, this should never happen.
