I’m not trying to come off rude when I say this but who on your team decided it was a bright idea to not only delay a text message or phone call verification but when trying to resend the code they are frozen for 24 hours?
The person who made that security decision is an idiot. Other companies including PayPal and banking/business corporations do not do that because it’s not professional. If there was a delay in the text then that’s your fault, don’t punish people because your system is slow.
Now I have to wait 24 hours which by then I’d be at my primary job unable to access a computer before being even possibly able to create a selling gig.
