Fiverr not answering support?

Anyone else have this issue? its been almost 3 days now…


As @jonbaas already told you, be patient and wait; if you want you could eventually write a follow up on the same ticket, but please do not open a new ticket because this could only make the situation worse!

Finally: posting ticket id here is useless, as nobody can see your ticket here.

Please be patient. CS has a lot to take care of; it takes time to answer all of the requests that they receive. They’ll respond as soon as they can.

They will reply for sure.Mine is pending from last 4 days.

Be a little bit patient. They will get back to you soon

Same problem, almost a week and no answer!
